Steve Rayman Chevrolet, one of Atlanta’s premier Chevrolet dealerships, is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing team. We are a fast-paced, volume-driven store with a strong reputation for excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure financing and insurance options for customers through multiple lenders while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Present and sell F&I products, including extended service contracts, GAP, and ancillary products, maximizing dealership profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, transparency, and professionalism throughout the sales and finance process.
• Work closely with sales management to ensure smooth deal flow and maximize gross per retail unit (PVR).
• Monitor and manage deal compliance, paperwork accuracy, and timely funding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and credit unions.
• Train and mentor sales staff on finance processes and product presentation.

 Qualifications

• Proven track record as an F&I or Finance Manager in a high-volume dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, compliance, and product presentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and closing skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar DMS/CRM systems.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
