How will you make an impact?

The Finance Manager, Consolidations & Reporting will play a key role within the FP&A organization, partnering with leaders across the business to deliver strategic financial insights and executive-level reporting. This position will oversee global consolidations, support forecasting and annual planning processes, and drive systems and process improvements that enhance financial planning, reporting, and decision-making. 

What will you do?

• Lead global consolidations, executive reporting, forecasting, and annual planning cycles.


• Prepare variance analyses and provide actionable financial insights to leadership.


• Partner with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate accruals and financial reporting.


• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across financial operations.


• Support SAP and planning tool implementations, enhancements, and optimization efforts.


• Design scalable reporting and analytics solutions that improve business decision-making.


• Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. 

How will you get here?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.


• 8+ years of progressive finance experience.


• Experience leading financial reporting and global consolidations.


• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.


• Experience with planning tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or SAP Analytics Cloud preferred.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while partnering effectively across teams.
