 Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, the Finance Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting PJ Fitzpatrick’s financial operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position works closely with internal teams, customers, and financing partners to research financing information, resolve account-related issues, and support timely collections. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the company’s continued growth while developing valuable financial and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, review, and communicate financing and loan information accurately and efficiently to internal team members and customers.
• Partner with customers and financing providers to investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Production, and Sales teams to support collection efforts and address outstanding balances.
• Monitor and follow up on financing-related questions and unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer financing and account inquiries.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with internal departments, customers, and external business partners.
• Assist with additional finance-related tasks and projects as needed.
• Represent PJ Fitzpatrick’s values and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.

Hours

8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Location

New Castle, De-This is a hybrid role

Pay

Salary-$42,000-$47,000 (based on experience)

Required Skills/Abilities:

·       Strong organizational and process-management skills

·       Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

·       Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, with a willingness to learn new systems and tools

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience:

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

·       Previous customer service or financial services experience

·       Experience with Service Titan is a plus, but enthusiasm for learning is equally valued
