Finance Transformation Technology Senior Consultant

Deloitte, the largest and leading consulting and accounting firm in the world, is seeking a Senior Consultant for Finance Technology Transformation to join our team.

 The Finance Transformation Technology Senior Consultant will work closely with clients to understand various inefficiencies, design and implement technology solutions related to operational finance. Our team leads projects implementing solutions in the EPM field, bridging the worlds of information systems implementation and the accounting-economic domain. In this role, you will be involved in projects from understanding client needs, translating those needs into technological requirements, characterizing solutions, and implementing them on technological platforms.

• Certified CPA with 3-5 years of experience

• High-level proficiency in Excel

• Significant advantage for experience in internal audit, risk management, SOX compliance, and related areas

• End user, hands-on, or implementation experience with CPM tools such as Oracle Hyperion/Essbase/PBCS, TM1, BPC, Anaplan, Jedox, etc. – an advantage

• Strong technological orientation with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate projects with the US

יועץ/ת בכיר/ה לתחום טכנולוגיות טרנספורמציה פיננסית יעבוד/תעבוד בצמוד ללקוחות במטרה להבין חוסר יעילות בתהליכים שונים, לעצב וליישם פתרונות טכנולוגיים הקשורים לתפעול הפיננסי. הצוות שלנו מוביל פרויקטים ליישום פתרונות בתחום ה-EPM, ומשמש גשר בין עולמות יישום מערכות מידע לבין התחום החשבונאי-כלכלי. בתפקיד זה תיקח/י חלק בפרויקטים החל מהבנת צרכי הלקוח, תרגום הצרכים לדרישות טכנולוגיות, אפיון הפתרונות ויישומם על גבי פלטפורמות טכנולוגיות.

• רואה חשבון מוסמך (CPA) עם ניסיון של 3-5 שנים
• שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel
• יתרון משמעותי לניסיון בביקורת פנימית, ניהול סיכונים, ציות ל-SOX ותחומים קשורים
• יתרון לניסיון מעשי כמשתמש קצה או ביישום של כלי CPM כגון Oracle Hyperion/Essbase/PBCS, TM1, BPC, Anaplan, Jedox ועוד
• אוריינטציה טכנולוגית חזקה ויכולת להסתגל למערכות ותהליכים חדשים
• שליטה מלאה באנגלית וכישורי תקשורת גבוהים
• נכונות לעבודה בשעות גמישות בהתאם לפרויקטים מול ארה"ב
