Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Alpharetta, GA is $113,568-144,500.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Drive, run, and assess improvements and digitalization in all accounting governance processes. Support various business functional areas to ensure accurate books and records. Review and approve financial statement impacting postings (manual journal entries) and related balance sheet reconciliations. Identify possible risks to financial statements through analytical procedures. Ensure that internal controls are in place and comply with external regulations. Support a variety of project milestones and metrics for finance / accounting activities. Review tracking and reporting progress to key stakeholders. Advise or consult on system analysis and design.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Accounting Professional related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

1. Working with IFRS, FASB, and US GAAP accounting principles;
2. Implementing digitalization or automation enhancements in an accounting and finance setting;
3. Reviewing, assessing, and implementing technologies to improve, automate, or digitalize legacy processes;
4. Working in ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MS365 applications including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio;
5. Resolving and preventing issues within accounting records.

Telecommuting permissible pursuant to company policy. 20% domestic travel required. [Hybrid role]
