Financial Accountant/ Finance Analyst- SDS

Aspire Software is looking for a Database Administrator (Postgres/Azure SQL, Legacy ERP Migration) to join our team in Lebanon.

• Help Support Finance Manager to look after the following:
• Day to day management of 2 Management Accountants based in GDC India
• Responsible for Credit Control activities for both SDS & Fluent – answering AR queries and chase Aged Debt
• Pelp support Finance Manager with month end activities:
• Preparing month-end packs
• Preparing mini P&L’s for ratio owners
• Performing BS reconciliations
• Prepare Revenue Reconciliations
• Prepare Churn reporting analysis
• VAT submission
• Statutory Accounts/ External Audit support
• Support during forecast/ budgeting periods, QBR etc
• Managing payroll activities:
• Managing changes to payroll (new starters, leavers etc)
• Approve payroll journals
• Ensure HMRC payments are made on time
