Financial Admin Assistant
(Part-Time)
Our client, an interdisciplinary research lab in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Part Time Financial Admin Assistant to join their team! This position will be hybrid and is slated to last for a few months. This position will provide backup administrative support including vacation and leave coverage, transitional support and serve as an information resource for other administrative assistants.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day spending
Reconciliation of expenses, expense reimbursements, travel reports, purchase orders and contracts, accounts payables, track spending and maintain all records, invoices and receipts.
General administrative tasks
Arrange travel and itineraries for individuals
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Create work orders, create and maintain event purchase orders, pay vendors supporting event(s) and other related event support as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience as an administrative assistant for senior managers is preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Experience using any of the following project management tools - Buy2Pay, Tableau, Slack, Trello and Asana is a plus!
