Job Description - Financial Administrative Assistant

For one of our clients we are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant.
As a Financial Administrative Assistant you are responsible for the daily updating of accounting journals and bank statements, handling incoming payments from debtors, and checking and verifying the registration of paid invoices. You ensure that financial records are accurately maintained and up to date, while supporting smooth and correct administrative processes within the finance department.

Requirements

Completed IMEAO (Business Administration/Economics) or equivalent education
Proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
Ability to perform well under pressure
Strong teamwork skills
Experience in a similar role

What will you be doing:

As a Financial Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial and administrative records on a daily basis.

This includes updating accounting journals and bank statements, processing incoming payments from debtors, and verifying the correct registration of paid invoices. You will ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and checked, contributing to the smooth and reliable operation of the finance department.
