Financial Adviser

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs

• Present insurance and financial protection solutions tailored to each client’s situation

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing service and policy reviews

• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, and follow-up

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is handled according to regulatory guidelines

• Participate in training and professional development programs

• Contribute to business development through networking, referrals, and community engagement

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills

• Professional attitude and commitment to providing excellent client service

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
