M&T Bank is hiring a Financial Advisor to grow and manage a book of business in the Bridgeport market. This role offers access to a robust referral network across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth partners—giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best: building relationships and delivering advice-based solutions.

What You’ll Do
• Build and grow a book of business through referrals, new client development, and a defined territory of retail branch partnerships across the Bridgeport market
• Deliver personalized investment and insurance solutions aligned to client goals
• Partner with branch, business banking, and wealth teams to generate consistent opportunities
• Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend tailored strategies to grow and protect assets
• Manage the full client lifecycle—from discovery to long-term relationship management

What You Bring
• 4+ years of investment and/or insurance sales experience
• Proven track record growing client relationships and assets under management
• Strong business development and networking skills
• Ability to work independently while leveraging internal partnerships

Licenses Required
• Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66
• Life/Variable Insurance license
