Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
Collaborate closely with our financial advisors by scheduling appointments with an expanding customer base—no cold calling involved! Support our agents during their field visits with essential administrative tasks, utilizing provided training and tools to handle objections confidently.

Who You Are:

• Organized with exceptional professional presence
• Master of telephone etiquette and client rapport-building
• Experienced in sales support, appointment mapping, or agent assistance (insurance license or experience highly desired)
• Strong work ethic with an unwavering commitment to punctuality and dependability
• Comfortable with Windows-based programs and working independently while thriving as a team player
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
