Financial Advisor – Growth & Leadership Opportunity
Location: Rockwall, TX | Full-Time
This Is More Than an Advisor Role — It’s an Opportunity to Help Build the Next Office.
We’re partnering with a growing, planning-focused wealth management firm that has already proven its marketing and seminar model — and is now entering its next phase of growth.
The firm is looking for a high-performing Financial Advisor who knows how to close business, build trust quickly, and wants a path toward leadership, ownership-level economics, and eventually managing their own office.
This is not a traditional prospecting role. The firm invests heavily in marketing and generates a consistent flow of qualified prospects through seminars and other marketing channels. Your job is to meet with those prospects, uncover their needs, deliver a planning-based solution, and close the right clients.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Significant Earning Potential
- High earning potential from year one
- Opportunity to reach $500K+ in annual earnings within 5 years
- Compensation tied directly to production, with the opportunity to earn approximately 20% of fees
- Additional upside through the firm's profit-sharing program
- Long-term financial incentives designed to reward high performers who help grow the business
You're Joining During the Growth Phase
This firm isn't looking to simply add another advisor to a mature practice.
The founders have built the marketing engine, seminar strategy, sales process, and operational infrastructure. Now they're adding advisors to scale what is already working.
The long-term vision includes:
- Multiple advisors
- Multiple office locations
- Dedicated sales leadership
- Significant growth in AUM
- Opportunities for high-performing advisors to take on greater responsibility as the organization expands
Opportunity to Manage Your Own Office
One of the biggest long-term opportunities is the ability to grow into a sales leadership role and potentially manage your own office location.
As the firm expands beyond Rockwall into markets such as Frisco, Southlake, and additional locations, high-performing advisors will have the opportunity to grow with the organization rather than remain in an individual-contributor role indefinitely.
The vision is to build leaders who can eventually:
- Lead and mentor other advisors
- Help build out new offices
- Manage a sales team
- Participate in the economics of a growing team
- Take responsibility for an individual market
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct approximately 15–20 client/prospect meetings per week
- Lead discovery meetings and second appointments
- Conduct seminars as part of the firm's established sales process
- Present planning-based recommendations
- Identify client needs and appropriate solutions
- Overcome objections and close new business
- Complete case design and follow-up
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Follow a proven, structured sales process rather than creating your own
- Work toward a production target of approximately $600K–$1M in new business per week
What Makes This Different?
You won't be expected to spend your days cold calling strangers or constantly hunting for your next prospect.
The marketing engine creates the opportunities. You capitalize on them.
The firm invests $100K+ in marketing per advisor to generate qualified leads and drive prospects into seminars and the sales funnel.
The ideal advisor is someone who genuinely enjoys:
- Sitting across the table from clients
- Asking good questions
- Building trust quickly
- Presenting solutions
- Handling objections
- Closing business
- Working toward aggressive but clearly defined production goals
Your Growth Path
First 30 Days
- Learn the firm's planning and sales systems
- Shadow discovery and second appointments
- Intensive training and coaching
- Begin participating in client meetings
60–90 Days
- Begin running your own discovery meetings
- Conduct second appointments
- Take on increasing responsibility with higher-asset prospects
- Potentially begin conducting seminars
- Begin actively closing business
6 Months
- Targeting approximately $5M–$10M in closed business
- Progressing toward $600K–$800K+ in weekly production
- Building toward the long-term $1M/week production target
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of experience in financial services sales
- Series 65 and/or Series 66
- Life & Health license
- Strong natural closing ability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working with affluent clients
- Ability to overcome objections without being overly aggressive
- Strong coachability
- Willingness to follow a proven sales process
- High personal accountability and drive
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build something — not simply inherit a book and maintain the status quo.
The Bigger Picture
This is an opportunity to join a firm before the next stage of its expansion.
You’ll have the infrastructure, marketing, leads, training, and sales process already in place — while still having the opportunity to play a meaningful role in building the organization.
For the right person, this can become much bigger than an individual advisor seat:
Advisor → High Producer → Sales Leader → Office Manager → Multi-Office Growth Opportunity
If you're an advisor who wants warm opportunities instead of cold prospecting, significant income upside, profit-sharing potential, and a genuine path toward leading your own office, we'd like to talk.
