What You’ll Do:

You will be the go-to expert, assisting students in navigating financial aid processes, from completing FAFSA applications to understanding loans and scholarships. Your friendly demeanor and clear communication will make it easy for students and their families to grasp financial concepts, ensuring they feel confident in their financial decisions for their education.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting students with the financial aid application process and proudly presenting at new student orientations.
• Creating financial estimates based on aid availability and developing third-party student payment plans.
• Pursuing follow-ups to ensure students submit necessary documents on time.
• Collaborating with the admissions team to streamline student enrollment and financial aid processes.
• Reviewing and interpreting relevant regulations, ensuring a smooth and compliant operation.
• Delivering outstanding customer service through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.
• Maintaining student files with precision and accuracy, and communicating effectively with third-party servicers.
• Participating in school activities, including graduation exercises and open houses, to foster community.
