Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. They will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes

- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances

- Develop financial models and forecasts to assist in budgeting and planning

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

- Monitor and track financial performance against budget and forecast

- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitor financials

- Provide financial support for various projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines

- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
