Position Overview:

As a Financial Analyst at SIKKY MANUFACTURING, you will play a crucial role in the financial planning and analysis of our company. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models to support business decisions

- Monitor and analyze company financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability

- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders

- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

- Evaluate and recommend strategies to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks

- Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform financial analysis and recommendations

- Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry

- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting

- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel and ERP systems

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
