Job Overview:

As a Financial Analyst at SIKKY MANUFACTURING, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of our company. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on key performance indicators, budget variances, and other financial metrics

- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue growth

- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision making

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various departments

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline financial processes

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis to make informed recommendations for the company's financial strategy

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations

- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
