Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex financial data. The Financial Analyst will work closely with the finance team and other departments to provide financial analysis and support to drive strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by the management team

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track and monitor the company's financial performance

- Analyze and interpret financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial plans and strategies

- Monitor and assess the company's financial risks and make recommendations for risk mitigation

- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws

- Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

- Provide support for ad hoc financial projects and analysis as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
