Job Summary:

As a Financial Analyst at Dayton Roger's, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial planning and analysis. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to improve our financial performance. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on company performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability

Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve financial performance

Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting processes

Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks or opportunities for the company

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex financial analysis

Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations

Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
