Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and support to our management team, helping to drive business decisions and ensure the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on company performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Participate in the annual budget process and provide support in developing financial plans and strategies.

- Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the construction industry.

- Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
