Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions and strategies

Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management

Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and budgets

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies

Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Conduct cost-benefit analysis for various projects and initiatives

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines

Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations

Experience with financial software and systems (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
