FINANCIAL ANALYST

Position: Financial Analyst

Dayton Roger's is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision making within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and make recommendations to improve financial performance

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and identify trends and potential risks

- Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret financial data

- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions

- Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends and best practices

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

- Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

- Support the annual audit process and assist in the preparation of financial statements

- Stay updated on changes in the financial industry and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus
