Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for problem-solving. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making

- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to management and stakeholders

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives

- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes

- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting techniques

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of contract management is a plus
