Keystone Advisors is looking for a Financial Analyst II to join our team in support of the Department of the Navy (U.S. Navy) COMNAVSURFPAC Financial Analysis and Audit Remediation Support Team at Naval Base Coronado, San Diego, CA.

Keystone is a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) Firm with a proven 17-year track record of delivering a wide range Accounting and Advisory Services in the areas of Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Support, Financial Analysis, Audit Readiness, Budget Execution and Reporting Support, and internal control support to both government and commercial clients.

The Financial Analyst II provides foundational financial and accounting support to CNSP Comptroller Finance staff. Responsibilities include processing funding documents, performing budget and accounting functions, reconciling financial data, and providing training and assistance to end users in Navy financial systems.

Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance

Technical & Domain Knowledge	Proficiency in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Defense Travel System (DTS), SYNCADA, and the Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP); Processing funding documents including purchase requests (PRs); Budget and accounting functions including tracking, posting, and reconciliation
Management Competencies	Self-directed execution of assigned financial tasks; Ability to manage workload and prioritize multiple accounting/financial functions concurrently
Communication & Collaboration Skills	Providing training and assistance to end users submitting requests in N-ERP; Clear and professional communication with government staff and other contract personnel
Administrative & Operational Excellence	Maintaining accurate financial records; Supporting documentation of funding actions and financial transactions; Reconciliation and tracking of financial data across multiple systems

 Education:                  No bachelor's degree required

Experience:                 Minimum three (3) years of recent experience in the use of Navy financial
                                      and supply systems ("recent" = acquired within the last two years); Recent
                                      experience performing budget and accounting functions in N-ERP, DTS,                                              SYNCADA, or CMP; Recent experience processing funding documents                                              (PRs), tracking, posting, and reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications:
                                      Prior experience providing end-user training on N-ERP or similar DoD
                                      financial systems; Familiarity with WAWF invoicing procedures; Experience
                                      at a TYCOM or echelon III command
