Job Description - Financial Analyst II - US Operations

Job Description:

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: 

  • Support plant financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, production reporting, and capital expense tracking.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting and analyses to support plant and finance leadership.
  • Analyze labor, overhead, and production variances, identifying drivers, trends, and anomalies.
  • Assist in identifying financial risks and opportunities and support follow‑up analysis and tracking.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to track spend, savings initiatives, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare materials and analyses for monthly Operations Packages and routine financial reviews.
  • Maintain and improve financial models, reports, and tools, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you: 

  • 2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting; Operations or Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
