PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to support an opportunity for our customer located in Washington, DC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The PSI Pax Financial Improvement Coordinators use best practices and knowledge in the field of Financial Improvement Coordination to provide special functional or technical expertise in operations and transformation services.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Uses best practices and knowledge in the field of Financial Improvement Coordination to provide special functional or technical expertise in operations and transformation services.
  • Performs studies of metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations.
  • Interprets results using a variety of advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques.
  • Participates in translating requirements and use cases during solution design and implementation ensuring there is a clear and concise understanding of requirements.
  • Assists in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans.
  • Assesses proposed solutions for compliance and determines which fit the business need.
  • Provides tutorship to junior analysts.
  • Coordinates with the client at the division director level.

Qualifications:
  • Six (6) years related experience in financial improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent proficiency in verbal and oral communication with personnel of all levels.
  • Experience in independently working projects and outstanding management skills.
  • Secret (Interim Clearances acceptable). Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
