Title: Financial Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA

Assignment length: Immediate to an estimated 3-6 months

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (includes a 30 min break)

Job description:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Research, identify, and resolve complex invoice issues related to electronic invoices and unpaid invoices using PeopleSoft or other large ERP systems.
• Proficient in Excel;
• Experience working with large data sets and reports with accuracy would work onsite in case of internet issues-1855 Folsom St in San Francisco.
• Remote, but possible ad hoc in-person activity such as training or meetings on a limited basis at Folsom St in San Francisco.

Statement of Work

• Research, identify, and resolve complex invoice issues related to electronic invoices and unpaid invoices
• Monitor and resolve integration issues between systems
• Manage a high volume of invoices and ensure payment within a timely manner
• Process and code invoices and credit memos
• Assist with managing AP-related documents
• Familiarity with sales and use tax requirements and assessing amount on invoices appropriately
• Understands and identifies transactions that are subject to 1099 reporting
• Provides excellent customer service to departmental users, vendors
• Ensuring work queues are managed within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Create and run departmental reports or operational monitoring, critical daily operations, and ad-hoc reports for analysis
• Other AP-related duties as assigned
• Systems proficiency: online Accounts Payable system (e.g, PeopleSoft or other large ERP system)
• Proficient in Excel; Experience working with large data sets and reports with accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Good reading comprehension skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact
• Bright, quick learner
• College degree preferred

If the Client extends an offer then the candidate should go through the health screening process.

• Need immunization records for MMR and Varicella (Mumps, Measles & Rubella and Varicella) should be positive, if you have negative results in any of these then you have to take 2 MMR vaccinations with a gap of 28 days since you cannot take 2MMR vaccinations at a time.
• For the TB test you have other available options- TSPOT or QF TB Gold or 2 step PPD's for 2 step PPD's you need visit clinic twice and to get these results it may take more than 1 week and should provide latest documents 2019 valid within 3 months )
