Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. The Financial Administrator will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and providing support to the finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Dynamics SL is required.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain ERP Dynamics SL system, including configuration, customization, and upgrades as needed.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ERP system.
• Configure and manage user access, security settings, and permissions within the ERP platform.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure smooth and efficient operation of financial applications.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial data and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
• Provide technical support and training to end users on ERP functionality, best practices, and system usage.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ERP system with other business applications and data sources.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in ERP technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations.
• Create and maintain documentation related to ERP system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in ERP software selection processes, implementations, and upgrades as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) as a Financial Application Administrator or similar role, with specific expertise in ERP Dynamics SL.
• Strong understanding of finance systems, accounting principles, and financial processes.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP systems, including modules related to general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in user management, security configurations, and permissions within ERP platforms.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting tools is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in ERP systems such as Dynamics SL or similar are desirable.
