Financial Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1. Carry out financial accounting of the company's income, expenses and costs, and truthfully and comprehensively record, reflect and supervise the company's business activities, current accounts, property and materials;

2. Accept the inspection and supervision of taxation, auditing and other departments, provide the required information in a timely and accurate manner, and maintain good communication and coordination with all parties;

3. Cash and bank receipt and payment processing, making accounting vouchers, bank reconciliation, document review, issuing and keeping invoices;

4. Participate in the formulation of the company's annual budget, monthly fund use plan, and compare and analyze with the actual implementation;

5. Responsible for external liaison with banks, taxation and other departments.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above major in finance or accounting, holding an accounting job certificate or primary accounting certificate; have a basic English

2. Be able to handle accounting independently, be familiar with accounting regulations and tax laws, and be proficient in using financial software;

3. Good learning ability, independent work ability and financial analysis ability;

4, meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, team spirit.

5. 3-5 years working experience in foreign companies.
