Job Description - Financial Center Manager

FINANCIAL CENTER MANAGER


OAK HILL FINANCIAL CENTER



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


plan, direct or coordinate the promoting of bank services to the customer and prospects; including, but not limited to, developing, reviewing and monitoring objectives and expansion of business development; managing the financial center office operations including the teller and customer service functions as well as consumer lending; insuring community involvement; providing for the training and guidance of subordinate personnel, scheduling subordinate personnel; and cross selling and referring clients to other Bank professionals.



EDUCATION NEEDED


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of banking experience



SALARY STATUS


Salary, Pending Experience



SKILLS NEEDED



  • 2+ years of banking or related management and customer service experience (preferred)

  • Manage or have experience managing an office with minimum of $50 million in combined loan and deposit balances (preferred)

  • Possess an understanding of and ability to sell all types of bank products

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

  • Motivating, developing and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Excellent time management skills and be attentive to detail

  • Willingness to participate in local civic organizations

  • Maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to travel

  • Strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work independently as well as complete projects using a team approach
