Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team at Hyperhug.

As a key member of the finance function, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing clear financial insights to support strategic decisions.

You’ll play a vital role in shaping financial processes and driving the financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Maintain robust internal financial controls and processes.

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.

• Support strategic decision-making with clear financial insights.

• Ensure timely payments and monitor cash flow.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3-6 years of experience in Big4 and/or multinational environment.

• Solid understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards.

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, ACA) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.

• Proficiency in English; Greek is an advantage.
