They’re a privately-held company based in Englewood, NJ who specializes in the support and deployment of complex projects and solutions, with a focus on advanced integrations and interoperability.

As the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial future, collaborating with senior leadership, and leading a high-performing finance team. • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee comprehensive financial analyses and deliver actionable recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and revenue generation.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance team, driving professional development and streamlined financial operations.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, along with a strong understanding of federal contracting and government financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, including ERP systems, Advanced Excel, Microsoft 365, and financial modeling software.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop a finance team, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience with DCMA/DCAA requirements and State / Private / Federal invoicing processes.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and accountability, paired with independence, structure, and a sense of urgency to ensure precision and timeliness.

$160,000 to $180,000 Comp *Based on qualifications and professional certifications
