About:

Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking company specializing in property acquisitions, property management, manufactured home sales, and asset management. They are seeking an experienced finance professional to join their leadership team.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in senior-level finance roles and possess strong leadership capabilities. This individual will play a critical role in leading financial operations, overseeing accounting functions, and providing strategic financial insights to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

• Oversee all accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance roles.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Experience with Rent Manager and BambooHR platforms is a plus.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
