What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with patients to explain treatment costs and present financial options
• Create and review treatment plans with patients, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Coordinate insurance benefits, verify eligibility, and manage prior authorizations
• Follow up on outstanding claims and patient balances
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to support an efficient workflow
• Handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Maintain detailed and organized financial records

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dental or medical billing and insurance is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, empathetic approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• A team player who’s flexible, reliable, and motivated to grow
