Position Title: Financial Coordinator
Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Non-Exempt
Reports To: Finance Director
Location: In-person at LYRIC’s Admin Offices (San Francisco, CA)

Since 1988, LYRIC (Lavender Youth Recreation & Information Center) has been a home base for LGBTQQ+ youth in San Francisco. Each year, we support over 2,000 young people through programs rooted in love, equity, and youth leadership.
Our mission? To build community and inspire social change through education, career support, wellness services, and leadership development. With a $4M+ budget and a small-but-mighty team of 30+ staff, LYRIC is a place where young people lead, heal, and thrive—especially trans, nonbinary, BIPOC, disabled, and system-impacted youth.

What’s This Role All About?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Financial Coordinator to join our Finance Team and help keep our systems running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for processing invoices and payroll, maintaining accurate records, and supporting donations and audits—ensuring our team can focus on serving youth, not chasing paperwork.
This is an administrative position with an emphasis on data entry, organization, and communication. You'll work closely with the Finance Director and support both the Accounting and Contracts teams.

Note: LYRIC uses an equity-based compensation model. Pay rates are fixed by role and tenure and are non-negotiable.
