Sheltering Arms Institute is currently seeking a full-time Data Analyst to join our team. This position follows a hybrid work structure.Working from the office is required for tasks that require collaboration. The Data Analyst position reports to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and supports the finance team and leadership. Assists with all functions of the FP&A department including recurring enterprise-wide reporting, variance and data analysis, decision support systems development and maintenance, data validation, budget modeling, and development of predictive models. Will support the department mandates of increasing the speed, accuracy, and actionability of data processed and analyzed.

Qualifications and Skills:

•At least one year of previous experience in accounting or finance in a data analyst role.

•At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.

•Intermediate skill level in MS Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI software suites (or similar).

•Strong interpersonal skills, organizational and communication skills.

•Demonstrated customer service skills.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•An ability to self-learn and take initiative.

•Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new things.

Education/Certifications:

•Bachelor's degree in business, finance, hospital administration, or data analytics.

•CPA is a plus.
