Financial Decision Support Analyst II

•

Produce recurring margin and productivity reports by service line/unit; reconcile to financial.​

•

Conduct variance analysis (price, volume, mix, productivity) and draft commentary for review.​

•

Assist in business case modeling and sensitivity analysis for local initiatives.​

•

Maintain data pipelines/workpapers and document methods to the central standards.​

•

Field ad hoc‑hoc requests from local leaders; prioritize with Manager/Senior​

•

Gather local inputs and perform costing, profitability, and operational margin analysis for initiatives.​

•

Develop required management and forecasting reports.​

•

Support oversight of capital plan tracking (requests, monthly forecasts, coordination with managers)​

Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Required)

One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience, or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.

2+ years of experience in financial analysis, decision support, or a related field in a healthcare setting (Required)

Ability to:​

Performs work thoroughly in a cost-efficient manner and at a high productivity level.

Intermediate proficiency and experience using the Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
