Seeking a File Clerk/Data Entry Clerk with a financial bacground
Pasadena, CA area
Salary range $20 - $23/hour
Responsibilities:
*Creating and maintaining an efficient filing system.
*Locate and retrieve specific files or documents from the filing system
*Ensure that records are accurate, complete, and updated.
*Responsible for the proper archiving and storage of records that are no longer actively used but need to be retained for legal or historical purposes.
*Enter relevant information from documents into computer systems or databases.
*Must maintain a high level of accuracy in their work and aim for efficiency.
*Handle sensitive and confidential information and adhere to privacy and security protocols.
*Interact with other staff members, departments, or external parties to facilitate document retrieval, provide requested information, or assist in resolving any issues related to filing or records management.
*Responsible for maintaining logs or records of file movements, retrieval requests, or other filing-related activities.
*May provide general administrative support, such as photocopying documents, preparing correspondence, or assisting with mail distribution.
Qualifications:
1-2 years relevant work experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel (advanced Excel) and Outlook.
