Financial Management and Budget Specialist

Cortina Solutions is seeking a Financial Management & Budget Specialist to support a government customer in Albuquerque, NM.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Duties:

• Assist in managing the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process


• Provide staff support and perform analysis of program funding for all PPBE phases and other budget exercises


• Research and analyze program funding and execution trends data from sources such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS)


• Identify issues, recommend solutions, and provide assistance and advice associated with acquisition management of the SAP portfolio

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field


• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience


• Experience in DoD cost estimating and accounting


• Experience with classified accounting systems and processes


• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel


• Experience with Momentum applications is highly desired


• Active Top Secret Security clearance
