Financial Marketing Manager - Unlimited Growth Potential

Job Summary:

The Financial Marketing Manager oversees Financial Marketing Representatives, Program Specialists and Funding and Support. This position works closely with the sales department and is instrumental in developing a long-lasting relationship with the customer. The Financial Marketing Manager assists in developing outside financing sources, such as banks, for the customer, along with maintaining existing banking relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional Finance Experience including Supervision and Direct Lending Experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License Preferred or successful passing of exam within 12 months of hire Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Visionary with the ability to influence and execute strategic direction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Essential Functions:

• Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS).
• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Establishes goals and metrics for the department staff to ensure effective processing and placement of finance packages for customers.
• Evaluates credit risks and coordinates the lending package to the appropriate financial institution for both domestic and international customers..
• Identify, recommend, and coordinate financial concepts, products, and various support programs to satisfy customer requirements and optimizing HOLT’s profitability.
• Recommend and implement finance program strategies to enhance the level of new sales, RPO/NPO conversions, used equipment sales, special sales (i.e., 2nd LifeRebuilds, Rental with a Purchase Obligation), and equipment insurance programs that ensure achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
• Mentor sales representatives, new employees, key operations, and support personnel to ensure adequate communication and understanding of success of targeted goals and objectives.
• Continual review and monitoring of operational data and reporting.
• Ensure credit policies and processes are followed and routinely reviewed to include the analysis of “Red Flag” risks across all the Holt entities.
• Provide Financial Consulting to customers and sales force in the areas of quoting finance scenarios, decision of applications, and document package preparation to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal profitability.
• Engage in continuous self-development to include learn, model, teach and measure effective leadership practices while working with new Financial Marketing employees and sales personnel to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Perform related duties and fulfill responsibilities as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position directs and manages employees within the assigned area of responsibility. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and development; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Up to 25%
