• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to assess clients' financial health.
• Relevant certification such as CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Prior experience in financial planning or related field is advantageous.
