Financial Planning & Analysis Director

is responsible for designing and implementing the organization's strategic and financial plans for Local California Small Group and Large Group Business.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct regular financial forecasts to predict future revenue, membership and other margin related items.
- Performed detailed analyses of financial data, identify trends and potential issues, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Work closely and collaborate with various teams, including operations, sales, and management team to collect necessary data an align financial plans with overall business strategy.
- Communicate and conduct month-end financial results and insights to non-financial colleagues, stakeholders and business leaders, helping them understand the financial implications of their decisions.
Minimum requirements:
Requires BA/BS in accounting or finance and minimum of 5 years of progressively more responsible experience in a high-level financial analysis position; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
MBA, CPA, CMA, FSA, or CFA preferred.
Strong Excel skills, Hyperion Workspace and Oracle SmartView is a plus.
Experience supporting senior management strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $106,400 to $183,540.00 USD Annual.
