  • Create meeting agendas and “draft recommendations” (To be finalized by client facing advisor)
  • Prepare additional planning or sales materials
  • Build asset allocation analysis and portfolio audit reviews of prospect and client portfolios
  • Coordination and communication with operations team
• Degrees, Designations, and Licenses
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ideally started with CFP certification or desire to pursue certification
  • 7/63/SIE/L&H
• Industry experience
  • 1-5 years
• Skill Requirements to excel in this position
  • Understanding and execution of firm’s planning philosophy and planning process
  • Ability to use firm planning philosophy to develop well thought out recommendations to meet client needs
  • Mastery of firm Technology (PX, CRM, Morningstar, NMCIR, etc.)
• Skill Requirements to be promoted
  • Fluent and confident in financial planning, tax strategies, estate planning, investments, insurance
  • Crisp and professional client communication skills
  • Emotional Intelligence to understand unique “client narratives”
  • Great attitude
