Your Impact:
As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you'll be a strategic partner to business unit leaders, focusing on enhancing financial outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
Primary Finance Advisor:
Serve as the go-to finance expert for designated business units, providing guidance on current and future performance.
Financial Oversight:
Lead annual and monthly budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
In-Depth Analysis:
Conduct detailed financial analysis and present key insights to senior leadership.
Performance Monitoring:
Investigate financial performance variances and recommend corrective actions.
Comprehensive Reporting:
Develop and present detailed finance reports and presentations for senior management.
Ad-Hoc Projects:
Create financial models for various projects to support decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Operations, IT, HR, and Financial Systems teams to ensure accurate reporting and streamlined processes.
About You:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience:
Over 10 years of finance experience, preferably within the banking sector.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
Communication:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic Management:
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic perspective.
Compensation:
Up to $170K base + 18% bonus + $17.5K equity + comprehensive benefits (DOE)
