Description

We are seeking a full-time Financial Reporting Officer.  This individual will be primarily responsible for all aspects of the financial reporting process to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting in compliance with GAAP, SEC, regulatory requirements, and internal accounting policies for the Bank, holding company and consolidated entity.

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

2. A minimum of 7 years of bank and/or public company accounting experience preferred.

3. Experience applying advanced knowledge of accounting practices in financial services environment, internal controls, and financial statement preparation and analysis.

4. Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of team.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
