We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our advisory team and keep daily office operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and confidence
Manage and organize confidential client documents, including scanning, filing, and recordkeeping
Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and support advisor workflows
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email communications
Prepare basic correspondence, forms, and reports
Assist with day-to-day office operations and team projects
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, call center, or similar role
Strong phone presence and comfort handling frequent client interaction
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a structured office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of discretion with confidential information
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or professional services
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
Prior experience supporting a team in a client-focused environment
