Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | On-Site

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our advisory team and keep daily office operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and confidence
  • Manage and organize confidential client documents, including scanning, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and support advisor workflows
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email communications
  • Prepare basic correspondence, forms, and reports
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and team projects

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, call center, or similar role
  • Strong phone presence and comfort handling frequent client interaction
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a structured office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of discretion with confidential information

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or professional services
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience supporting a team in a client-focused environment
