Financial Services Associate Attorney

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, customer relationship management, and sales. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service while managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The Finance Associate will play a key role in supporting our clients with their financial needs, including loan origination and processing.

Duties

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support in their financial transactions.
• Assist in loan origination and processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Utilize customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard client accounts.
• Perform cash handling duties, including cashiering, managing debits and credits, and cash management.
• Upsell financial products and services to meet customer needs while enhancing sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records using financial software and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Apply basic math skills for retail math calculations, ensuring precision in all transactions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry and documentation.

• 4 to 7 years (ONLY) of solid corporate finance transactions experience with a focus on blockchain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with creative problem-solving skills.
• Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Education - Juris Doctor
