Financial Services Recruitment Consultant, Remote

Emerald Zebra seeks a driven Recruitment Consultant specializing in Financial Services (Payments, Forex, Fintech). This is a remote role based in Cyprus, with two monthly meetings at our Limassol office.

Role Overview: You'll handle recruitment for exciting opportunities within Cyprus's thriving fintech, forex, payments and crypto industries. Your expertise will help connect premier financial services companies with exceptional talent.

Requirements:

• Graduate-level education.
• 1-3 years' recruitment experience (agency or in-house talent acquisition).
• Based in Cyprus with EU citizenship.
• Fluent in English (Greek or Russian desirable but not essential).
• Ability to work remotely with bi-monthly meetings in Limassol.

Remote Work Flexibility: This role is fully remote; however, you must be based in Cyprus.
