Financial Services Representative-Series 7 required-St.Louis - Energetic Workplace

Our company is seeking a dedicated and qualified Financial Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Series 7 certification or be within a two-year window of reactivation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute financial transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate financial solutions.
• Utilize Microsoft products and other relevant software to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth brokerage operations and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Active Series 7 certification or ability to reactivate within a two-year window.
• Previous experience in brokerage operations and/or financial services preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively
convey complex financial information to clients.
