This role focuses on building client relationships, developing insurance solutions, and managing the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable generating new business through outreach and networking.

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Conduct client consultations to assess insurance and financial protection needs
• Recommend appropriate insurance products based on individual circumstances
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through policy placement
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with clients as needed
• Provide ongoing service and policy reviews to ensure client satisfaction
• Generate leads through outreach efforts, including phone and community engagement
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and privacy standards

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience required (insurance, retail, or outside sales preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Customer-focused mindset
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
