Bone Dry Roofing is looking for a Financing Specialist to join our Finance Department. The Financing Specialist would be responsible for various daily processing and reporting functions.
Onsite Work Location: This is an onsite full-time position located in Indianapolis, Indiana
(This is not a remote opportunity)
Primary Responsibilities; included by not limited to:
- Primary contact for all financing applications, funding, and questions
- Address financing stipulations or other information request from financing companies
- Send out weekly financing reports to sales reps, GMs, BMs, and Office Managers
- Update financing analysis spreadsheet daily
- Assist AR team with posting cash, credit card, ACH, customer check, and finance payments received from customers/bank and apply to open balances
- Receive or market leadership calls regarding financing
- Make invoicing adjustments, as requested
- Assist with the customer refund process (adjustments, emails, journal entries, etc.)
- Assist with demand letters, collections, and payment plans
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification & Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in accounting industry or related experience
- Experience with CRM- i360 and ERP- Acumatica is helpful
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work occasional overtime based on business needs
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation range $23- $25 hourly commensurate with experience
